Mexican food….healthy style! 1 c. brown rice, 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/8 c. black beans, 1/4 c. corn, 2 tbsp. salsa, and 2 tbsp. pico de gallo 9pp…and so filling :)
Trying out baked potatoes stuffed with different toppings.
Top: shredded cheddar, steamed broccoli, and sour cream for 8pp.
Middle: salsa, sour cream, and grilled chicken for 8pp.
Breakfast collection! I love these Bagel Thins with Laughing Cow cheese :) Weight Watchers is going so well! I’m down 5 lbs in two weeks. Eeek!
Did the 20 minute beginers dance and it was so tiring! Finally,I can make a fool of myself from the comfort of my home lol.
First week on WW and I’m down 2 lbs. Let’s keep the momentum going!!
My favorite breakfast sandwich at the moment: whole wheat bagel thin, 1 garlic and herb Laughing cow wedge, 1 egg and 2 whites scrambled. Assemble and chow down :)
